We visit Runnymede, seen by many as the birthplace of modern democracy as it was here where King John signed the Magna Carta on 15 June 1215, and then enjoy a relaxing cream tea cruise along the Thames from Windsor. Discover Henry VIIIs majestic Hampton Court Palace, the oldest Tudor palace in England, with its beautiful architecture, famous maze and 60 acres of magnificent gardens. Finally, enjoy a self-guided audio tour of a selection of the lavishly furnished State Rooms and annual Special Exhibition at Buckingham.
