Medival Powis Castle housing a fine display of paintings, furniture and a beautiful collection of treasures from India rises dramatically above its magnificent gardens. The dams, reservoirs and 73 mile aqueduct of the Elan Valley were built to supply clean water to Birmingham and we'll enjoy a guided tour in the company of a Ranger through this area of outstanding scenic beauty.
