It is home to two UNESCO World Heritage sites: the beautiful Romanesque Cathedral and the Norman Durham Castle. The medieval marketplace is one not to miss. It is also famous for some Film back drops including Harry Potter and Avengers – End Game!

 

We also visit the wonderfully vibrant city of Newcastle upon Tyne, the largest city in the north east of England will fantastic history and architecture. The Gateshead Millennium Bridge is just one of seven architecturally impressive bridges that cross the River Tyne and connect Newcastle with Gateshead.
